About Us
The Airline Industry Settlement Plan e.V. (AISP) was founded in 1981 and has been a reliable partner for airlines worldwide ever since. We specialize in the judicial and extrajudicial enforcement of claims arising from the IATA Billing and Settlement Plan (BSP) and the Cargo Accounts Settlement System (CASS) Germany.
Our focus is on Post Termination Recovery (PTR) and on collecting receivables from defaulting travel agencies or cargo agents, along with their representatives, legal successors, and insolvency administrators. These claims are assigned to us by IATA through an assignment of receivables.
Thanks to our close cooperation with the International Air Transport Association (IATA) and a strong network of more than 200 member airlines, we offer effective and efficient support for all aspects of debt recovery.
